As of January 1, 2018, Jeff took over ownership of Delphi, and assumed the role of President and CEO. Prior to this date, Jeff Puffer joined the Delphi Business Properties team in early 2003, and quickly established himself as the top agent in the company and the “go to” agent in the marketplace by thoughtfully blending a rare combination of business disciplines and marketing strategies.
In 17 years at Delphi, Jeff has already amassed over $500,000,000 in sales and has increased his sales volume consistently every year during his tenure at Delphi.
In 2014 & 2015, Jeff was chosen Broker of the Year by the Los Angeles and San Fernando Business Journal for having the best sale and lease transaction in the marketplace.
In 2016 & 2017, Jeff was named “Broker of the Year” for being Delphi’s top producer and has consistently been ranked in the top 3 producers at Delphi since joining the team. In addition, Jeff has made Delphi’s prestigious Presidents Club every year since 2005.
Jeff is also past President of the preeminent American Industrial Real Estate Association (“AIR CRE”), which currently includes approximately 2,000 members throughout California. The AIR CRE is the non-profit company which provides the preferred purchase and lease contracts that are used throughout the United States.
In addition, Jeff has recently been sought after to participate in the Board of Directors of the prestigious Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (“SIOR”) Greater Los Angeles Chapter, which is currently the largest chapter of SIOR in the world. He is currently Vice President of the organization and will take over as President in 2021. This organization is the “Gold Standard” in the industry and only has accepted approximately 3,000 practitioners worldwide.
On a more personal level, Jeff was raised and currently resides in El Segundo with his wife (Jill), and two sons (RJ-16 & Carson-13). He attended the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) where he received a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in Business. Jeff was also a member of the UCLA football team for four years, which included appearances in the Cotton and Aloha Bowls.
Shortly after college, he attained his commercial pilot's license, which turned out to be an invaluable and value-added business tool by successfully achieving his clients' needs. Jeff has used his piloting expertise to fly his clients to different locations and meetings all over the Western United States.
In Jeff's free time, he enjoys spending time with his family in Catalina at anchor and coaching his sons’ sports teams. He also volunteers his time to coach football and mentor students at his old alma mater, El Segundo High School.
