Jeff provides leadership and strategy across all business units of the firm’s corporate solutions platform. His primary role is to provide guidance and support for NC Partners' offices who execute for our strategic alliance clients in local and global markets. Additionally, he leads a seasoned and experienced corporate outsourcing solutions team whose primary role is strategic CRE portfolio optimization and cost reduction initiatives. Once a strategy is approved by the NC Partner client, Jeff ensures a smooth execution and implementation of these initiatives.
Jeff has been developing and implementing corporate solution strategies for over 30 years and brings a global perspective to national clients and accounts. NC Partners senior leaders have led major headquarters assignments, large scale sale leasebacks, developed corporate service delivery platforms, overseen design and construction, and designed portfolio strategies for clients such as United Technologies, Delta Airlines, Deutsche Bank, Flowers Foods, Sonoco Products, Alcoa, and Parkway Products.
Jeff was also an industrial development partner with Republic Property Company and Nickol Commercial in Atlanta, Georgia where he shared responsibility in the acquisition, development, underwriting and leasing/marketing for a portfolio of over 9 million square feet of industrial real estate.
Jeff has had published articles in The Atlanta Business Chronicle, Southeast Real Estate Business, SIOR Report and has been quoted in many national commercial real estate publications over the years.
