A licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Oregon since early 2007. Jeff has successfully negotiated sales of multimillion-dollar investment-grade transaction in Oregon and across the US. Additionally, he successfully negotiated sales and leases of industrial, retail, and office buildings as well as sales of multifamily and bare ground investments. Jeff is focused on investment deals as well as investments within the seniors’ housing space, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities.
