Jeff McGovern is Brookfield Residential's President in Colorado and is responsible for leading the land and housing operations. Jeff has over 25 years of experience in new home construction in the Denver metro area and is passionate about building world-class teams who sell, build and service great homes and lots in great communities.
Jeff stated his career in new home construction with Pulte Homes and has held various division leadership positions with Pulte, Lennar, and, most recently, William Lyon Homes, where he was the Division President.
Jeff has been active with the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Metro Denver since 2007, serving as President of the Metro Housing Coalition, Chair of the Storm Water Management Committee and Aurora Joint Task Force and is currently the HBA's President-elect. In addition, Jeff has been active with the Home Builders Foundation (the philanthropic arm of the HBA) for many years--currently serving as a board member.
