Jeff Mattingly joined Cardinal Commercial Real Estate in 2015. Prior to his addition, Jeff was with RG Kennedy & Associates for 16 years. Jeff has held positions as Director of Real Estate at Rally's as well as Papa Johns. With over 20 year in the real estate industry Jeff has experience in tenant representation, having worked with Dollar General, Advance Auto Parts, Goo Goo Car Wash, and Taco Bell. He has also worked as a landlord rep for local developers as well as national owners including Kimco and Continental Properties Company. Jeff handles disposition for several national chains including KFC, Taco Bell, Advance Auto Parts, Pep Boys and CVS. Jeff has assisted and implemented process for developers beginning with development site location, leasing, all the way through disposition of the asset after the project has been completed.
Jeff was born and raised in Upper Arlington where he currently lives. He graduated from St Charles Preparatory High School in Bexley, and received his BS in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Dayton.
