As Executive Vice President of Wilshire Advisory Group, Jeff
Lipson is responsible for leading major tenant representation
engagements with successful organizations around the country.
Prior to Wilshire Advisory Group, Jeff worked at Stone-Miller since
1994, he has been involved in well over $1 billion in commercial real
estate lease and sale transactions. Jeff has expertise in all aspects
of a lease transaction and has used his knowledge to recognize
opportunities, in turn creating value added opportunities for his
clients such as Salon Republic, Intel Corporation, American Jewish
University, and Esquire Deposition Solutions to name a few.
Jeff has demonstrated his ability to help an organization use real
estate to its maximum advantage. Wilshire representing several
Tenants across the United States, Jeff’s expertise and services
include strategic planning, relocation analysis, subleasing, lease
terminations, buyouts, and helping clients leverage their financial
strength into very tenant-favorable transactions.
Aside from Jeff’s substantial tenant representation practice,
Jeff has developed a deep understanding of commercial sale
transactions. Jeff has represented many investment buyers and
sellers as well as owner-users while finding creative solutions to
help finance and add value to real estate purchases.
In addition to working on the agency side since 1994, Jeff has
been a major principal in several LLCs and partnerships that own
and manage retail buildings in Brentwood and the Burbank
area. As a real estate owner investor, Jeff has developed a deeper
understanding of how to strategically structure commercial real
estate investments for his clients to create value and wealth.
Previously, Jeff worked in the banking industry at Sanwa Bank.
Jeff holds a Business degree from California University Northridge
with an option in Finance and Real Estate.
