Jeff Kolodkin, Managing Director at Newmark, is a seasoned veteran with over 21 years of experience in commercial real estate. Mr. Kolodkin’s success is credited to his keen focus on his client’s needs. He has been a finalist for NAIOP’s Creative Deal of the Year Award in New Jersey; included in the Circle of Excellence numerous times as a top 10% producer; awarded the Mack-Cali Broker of the Year award; and recognized as a CoStar Power Broker.
Mr. Kolodkin has assisted his clients in completing millions of square feet in transactions including tenant representation, landlord representation, sub-landlord representation, property repositioning, dispositions and acquisitions regionally, nationally and internationally.
