Beginning his real estate career in 1987, Mr. Graham joined King Industrial Realty, Inc., the largest Industrial Real Estate firm in the Southeast, in 1989. In 1998, Jeff, along with Charles King, founded King Commercial Realty of Florida, Inc. in Jacksonville. In 2001, Jeff was inducted into the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS ®. To achieve the SIOR designation, Jeff completed at least 5 years of creditable experience in the highly specialized field of industrial real estate; passed a stringent qualifying written examination; and demonstrated to the Society, professional ability, competency, ethical conduct and personal integrity. Jeff is also very active in CORFAC International, an international network of some of the top, privately held real estate firms in the United States. CORFAC International also has an alliance with King Sturge, one of Europe’s most highly respected real estate companies. Jeff currently serves on the Executive Committee of CORFAC International.
Over the past 5 years, Jeff has been involved in over 3 Million Square Feet of transactions valued at over $45 Million Dollars. Jeff has client list local and national companies including Crowley Logistics, Huron Tech / Chlormatic, Solar Energy Inc., O’Neal Steel, Rock-Tenn Company, Del Monte Fresh Produce, Sharp Electronics Corporation, TruServ Corporation, Yankee Candle Company, Owens Corning Fiberglas and Ball Corporation Plastics Division.
Prior to his career in real estate, Jeff spent 15 years in the transportation industry in various management positions. This hands-on business experience has translated into value added problem solving abilities for his clients.
In addition, he continues to expand on his experience and knowledge of Logistics and Supply Chain Management through his work with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP formerly CLM). In 2001, Jeff was instrumental in the reorganization of the Jacksonville Florida Roundtable, Council of Logistics Management, now known as the First Coast Roundtable. Currently on the Board of Directors, he has held the position of Vice President of Programs and President.
