Jeff Durrell, Managing Partner of Mohr Partners’ Pacific Northwest Regional office, specializes in office leasing and investments. He worked comprehensively with regional and national corporate clients in the healthcare, business services and legal industries. Prior to joining Mohr Partners, Jeff gained valuable work experience at Colliers International and Pacific Real Estate Partners, Inc. Jeff’s concentration revolves around tenant representation, including financial and market analysis and long-term strategic planning. He has assisted his clients in leasing over six million square feet of commercial office space in the Puget Sound area. During his long tenure in commercial real estate, Jeff has earned a reputation as a creative transaction developer with an acute understanding of the transaction process; as a result, he has continually been recognized and rewarded as a top producer in the Northwest marketplace. His ultimate goal is to generate long-term results for his clients through invaluable assistance with portfolio analysis, market evaluation and facility planning.
