Mr. Collins is one of the founding principals of CFR. Prior to joining CFR, he was a vice president with Summit Commercial Properties. While at Summit he earned the top producer award three consecutive years and he holds the distinction of being the highest producing broker in the company’s history. His areas of specialization are: industrial leasing and sales and investment property sales and management. Projects that he has completed at CFR include: sales for - ITCO Tire Company (120,000SF distribution center), and Bank of Boston (305,000SF manufacturing and warehouse facility), and General Electric (30 acre business park). Mr. Collins graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He holds the SIOR and CCIM real estate designations and is a licensed Florida real estate broker. His professional affiliations include: National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), the Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR) – Commercial Investment Division, the Florida Association of Realtors (FAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce – Cornerstone Investor and Industrial Development Task Force
