Jeff Coburn specializes in the sale and leasing of Office and Industrial properties in the Greater Long Beach, South Bay, and West Orange County markets. Mr. Coburn has over 20+ years of commercial real estate experience and his value add approach and strong work ethic have established his exceptional reputation in the industry.
In October 2009, Mr. Coburn joined Lee & Associates as Senior Vice President and Principal and played a pivotal role in opening the firm’s Long Beach office. His previous 7 years were spent at the Charles Dunn Company, where he was continually recognized as one of the company’s top brokers. Mr. Coburn gained his first few years of experience in the industry at Matlow-Kennedy Commercial and Newmark & Company. Currently, he co-leads the Office Services Group who represent local and regional ownerships throughout greater Long Beach and West Orange County.
As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Mr. Coburn is part of an elite group recognized by corporate real estate executives, commercial real estate brokers, agents, lenders, and other real estate professionals as the most capable and experienced brokerage practitioners in any market.
Strategically located on the LA/Orange County line, Mr. Coburn represents landlord/seller and tenant/buyer clients in the South Bay, greater Long Beach and West Orange County market places.
