With 850 transactions, Mr. Arrillaga has leased or sold over 20 million square feet with a value in excess of $4 billion. He has proven himself as a highly skilled leasing agent by representing both large companies and start-ups. The Association of Silicon Valley Brokers (ASVB) inducted Mr. Arrillaga into the ASVB Hall of Fame in 2012.
