After 25 years of selling real estate, Jean will be focusing on listing homes. This has been her primary work for quite a few years, and she is effective in determining where the house should be priced in the market. Her two years working with a national real estate coach several years ago drilled the concept into Jean that a well-priced home sells faster and for more money than one unrealistically priced. She will be honest and upfront about the best way to get your home ready for sale, and what you can realistically sell it for.
Jean is excellent at preparing a home to sell and have the data to prove that she has sold homes for at least 97% of the asking price since 2017. Yes, the last two years have been easier for sellers but buyers are not naive about overpaying for a home that is not a good investment; she has that data too. Jean has been told that she is an honest, direct, and clear communicator, and can add fun to the process. Problems come up involving deeds, inspections, finances, roofs, foundations, boundaries, mold, septic systems, wells, and radon air/water (prevalent in our Maine granite) to name some. It can be overwhelming for a seller to be confronted with addressing any of these - she has resources that are quick to respond and help resolve problems to keep a contract together.
