Jayson Montoya joined NAI Robert Lynn in 2011 as Market Director of the Dallas CBD under the guidance of Office Division President, Tom Lynn. In this role, Jayson personally tracks every tenant, owner, available space and real estate transaction that takes place in the Downtown Dallas office market. The majority of Jayson''s time each day is spent personally talking to office tenants in the CBD and learning up-to-the minute information on current activity in the area. Jayson is building deep relationships with tenants in his market and developing an understanding of their company’s business goals and how his real estate expertise will help them realize those goals. It is this dedication to becoming the market expert of Downtown Dallas from which Jayson derives added value to clients in areas of site selection/relocation, lease negotiation/renewal renegotiation, office space expansion/consolidation, subleasing, and acquisition/disposition of office product.
In addition, Jayson often teams with industry veteran Sam Hocker to provide clients with an excellent combination of current market activity matched with proven market experience.
