Jayce joined CBRE Limited in 2021, joining the Research Team after concluding nearly 5 years in residential land development with local groups Trico Homes and Qualico. Jayce later joined the National Retail Group within the same year, working alongside Alistair Corbett, Cory Miles, and Brandy Chorney. Through Jayce’s prior experience, he is able to pair his understanding of suburban growth and residential development with the team’s extensive portfolio of suburban pre-leasing opportunities, as well as knowledge of key demographics amongst numerous projects throughout the City from Calgary’s most established developers and landlords.
