Jay is a third-generation member of the Shadday Family Office and president and chief executive officer of Big Dan’s Car Wash. From operations to real estate development, he leads the company’s overall strategic direction. He started his career with Blanchard Real Estate, one of the top real estate investment firms in Atlanta, GA. He directly participated in the acquisition and disposition of more than $300 million of retail properties. An active member in the International Council of Shopping Centers, he has a strong interest in continuing to grow and diversify the Shadday Family holdings. Jay holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he graduated with honors and was a member of the baseball team. Jay recently relocated from Atlanta to Rome, GA.
