Jay Polimeno, Principal Broker, is a Certified Business Intermediary as well as licensed Real Estate Broker and Realtor. Jay is the Principal Broker for both Polimeno Business Sales and Polimeno Realty, where he specializes in commercial sales and leasing. He also oversees Alpine Village Properties, a rental management company.
