Jay Maher is a Vice President at NAI Hiffman specializing in industrial real estate. He is experienced in representing tenants, buyers and landlords in asset acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, land assemblage and built-to-suit transactions. Jay’s primary geographic areas of focus include Western Cook County, O’Hare and the City of Chicago marketplaces.
Jay re-joined NAI Hiffman in February 2015 after three year’s with Cushman & Wakefield. Jay was first employed with NAI Hiffman from 2005-2012 and prior to that he was with Grubb & Ellis. Jay’s focus is on assisting clients with strategic real estate planning, financial analysis and market research. Among the companies Jay has represented in sale and lease transactions are KTR Capital Partners, ML Realty Partners, CenterPoint Properties, Sitex Realty Group, Peerless Industries, Midwest Can & Container Specialties and American MetalCraft.
