Jay's experience in education, hospitality and retail management will serve as the backbone for providing quality customer service. While earning his undergraduate degree at Arizona State University Jay worked full time at The Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, Arizona and eventually went into Hospitality Management with Starwood Hotels & Resorts. For 5 years Jay taught at a private school for students with special needs. He also has 2 years of Retail Management experience while attending Junior College and playing basketball.
