Jay E. Humphries is a Birmingham native and graduate of Mountain Brook High School. He comes to ARC Realty with a background in Commercial Real Estate and Sales.
Most recently, Jay worked at Retail Strategies as a Retail Development Coordinator where he consulted with municipalities across the Southeast. He facilitated numerous real estate transactions by identifying restaurants and retailers to fill the product and service gaps within various city's trade areas.
His focus at ARC will be on commercial real estate sales and leasing. He will concentrate on both retail tenant representation and landlord leasing. He has a true passion for helping businesses, both small and large, open new locations.
Jay graduated from The University of Alabama in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. He has also completed CCIM 101 and is candidate for the coveted CCIM designation. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, playing golf, and exploring the great outdoors.
