Jay Grossman is a graduate of Cornell University and Columbia University Graduate School of Business Administration. He has been active in the family business for over 30 years. Along with his brother Richard, Jay has successfully developed in excess of 75 commercial projects including shopping centers and office buildings still managed by Gibraltar.
During his 30-plus years in real estate, Jay Grossman has built and maintained strong relationships with many of the East’s leading retailers, including Burlington Coat Factory, Macy’s, Staples and Price Chopper.
