Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent with 20+ years experience (licensed in Florida and Georgia). EXPERIENCE / PROFESSIONAL HISTORY Jay joined the Atlanta office of Marcus & Millichap in 1996. In his 3rd year with the firm, he was the top producing agent in Atlanta and received numerous other sales recognition rewards. He was named a Director of the National Multi Housing Group for Marcus & Millichap in 2001, promoted to Senior Investment Associate in 2002 and became a Vice President of Investments in 2007. Early in his brokerage career, Jay recognized his clients had investment property issues and in 1997 he established Livingintown, a boutique Atlanta management company to serve these needs. In 2009, Jay left Marcus & Millichap to focus on the expansion and rebranding of Livingintown into LIT Property Services. In the last 6-years, LIT Property Services revenues increased over 200% during a period when most real estate companies were contracting. In March 2015, Jay joined also Coldwell Banker Commercial to expand his market experiences and expertise in a 2nd Region, Northeast Florida.
