With over 20 years of experience and exceptional knowledge of financial modeling, valuation and capital markets, Jay has a demonstrated record of success analyzing and closing significant deals for industry-leading, multinational companies. Prior to joining Vantage Point Capital, LLC (“VPC”) in 2021, Jay spent five years at CBRE, where he achieved a 98% closing rate on all asset types, including multi-family, office, retail, industrial and land. Jay’s experience also includes ten years at Deutsche Bank, three years at AIG and three years at Liberty Brokerage Investment Corp. In his current role at VPC, Jay draws on his decades of experience to skillfully analyze and secure assets, as well as manage them post-acquisition.
