Having been a prominent business owner for nearly two decades, Jay Doll offers his clients extensive experience in the areas of development and commercial sales. Prior to his appointment to FLC in 2007, Doll had been the owner of Marjon, Inc., which operated 13 Hertz Rent A Car franchises in Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and West Virginia. The recipient of numerous service excellence awards, Doll served on the Hertz Corporation Board of Directors in the capacity of Eastern Representative of Franchisees. A native of Frederick, MD, Doll is a 1985 Cum Laude graduate of James Madison University where he studied computer science, math and physics.
