Bio
Jay is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a bachelors in Business Administration and has more than 30 years of experience in different areas of commercial Real Estate starting in 1992 as a sales associate with JR Fulton and Associates.
From there he spent the next 12 years with Herndon and Kelley Commercial Real Estate specializing in the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets as well as commercial leasing.
Currently, Jay is a partner in UrbanWorks Commercial Real Estate which handles a broad spectrum of all real estate needs from development, to brokerage and leasing, to turn key build to suits.
Jay is married with 3 children and his hobbies include golf and hunting. Jay is a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the Oklahoma City Metropolitan Association of Realtors.
