Jay joined Commercial Property Associates, Inc. in 2014 as a retail broker after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and became a part of Founders 3 in 2017 upon its inception. In his time with Commercial Property Associates, Inc., Jay has worked with several local, regional, and national Landlords and Tenants in assisting with their real estate needs. He has completed numerous lease transactions across the state of Wisconsin. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) where he is also on the board of committees for the Milwaukee ICSC show, the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) where he also manages all of the restaurant deals that are completed for the Restaurant Council within RBN, and Commercial Association of Realtors-WI (CARW).
