With over 40 years of experience in Puget Sound Area commercial real estate, and a Seattle area native, Jay is well qualified to advise tenants and investors on negotiating lease and sale transactions. Jay’s extensive real estate skill-set encompasses a multitude of disciplines including tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, asset management, development, valuation and investment consulting.
Over the years, Jay has represented a wide variety of Landlord’s and Tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial and multi family. Jay has represented a diverse range of investors, Landlord’s and Tenant’s, ranging from institutional multi-national investment firms to local building owners. The majority of Jay’s business comes from the satisfaction of past client’s and referrals.
Jay is currently President of the Brokerage Firm and Principal of Azose Commercial Properties.
Jay is the Managing Broker, a member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors and the Commercial Brokers Association. Jay has also experience with International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
