Jawad is an integral member of the Investment Properties and Development Lands Team at Colliers International alongside Peter Mckenna and Jason Palmer. Jawad holds a Master’s of Civil Engineering degree from the University of Toronto and has background experience in Investment Analysis, Land Development and Construction, all of which serve to facilitate his clients in their decision making process. Jawad has an indepth knowledge of and maintains strong industry connections across the entire spectrum of investment properties. He also has excellent working relationships with the Planning, Engineering and Building Departments of various Municipalities and may be retained for pre-purchase planning, rezoning/site plan approval of any development site.
Accomplishments
Jawad is currently working on investment sale projects of approximately $ 500 M in value.
