Jason Villarreal is the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Asset Management, Residential. He oversees all company operations and departments along with the managing of the wholly owned SHP residential and commercial portfolio. Mr. Villarreal will also be a lead with the operations and property management of the company’s residential developments.
Jason started his real estate career serving as an internal auditor for Equity Office Properties Trust headquartered in Chicago, Illinois and soon thereafter spent 13 years working with the Prometheus Real Estate Group in both operations and asset management here in Silicon Valley.
Prior to joining the SHP team, Jason was the COO & Head of Asset Management for Imprint Property Group based in Tiburon, California where he managed $400+ million AUM in multifamily, active adult, and IL/AL/MC product. He oversaw all company operations with multiple departments reporting up to his management. Jason also served as the Senior Vice President of Asset Management & Operations for Mosser Companies in San Francisco with a portfolio of 74 workforce apartments throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles submarket.
Mr. Villarreal attended the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where his focus was Accounting and Economics.
