After graduating from the University of North Carolina at CHapel Hill in 2002, Jason joined the Swain & Associates team to learn the business.
Today Jason is involved in all new projects the company indertakes and oversees all elements of the development process including property acquisition, project leasing and financing.
Jason and his wife, Katie live in Wilmington with their daughter Cate. Jason is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a member of the board of the Swain Center for Business and Economic Development and is a member at Saint Andrews Covenant Presbyterian Church where he serves on numerous boards.
