Jason joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2013 as an Associate Director in the Central Pennsylvania Brokerage Group. Mr. Sourbeer specializes in the region served by the I-81/I-78 corridor in Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania, and the Lehigh Valley Office and Investment Markets.
Jason has provided a wide range of real estate services and developed long-term relationships with both institutional and local landlords, developers and tenants in the Central PA Market. Jason's previous 7 years had been with NAI Commercial Industrial Realty, which provides real estate brokerage and consulting in the Harrisburg Market and throughout Central PA.
