Jason provides a full range of services, including the following: Tenant representation; corporate services; strategic planning and scheduling; property marketing; market information and product consultation; acquisition and disposition services; identifying comparable rental rates, operating expenses, taxes, concession and tenant improvement allowance within the delineated market/submarkets; analysis of offers; negotiation support; and development of lease documentation.
Jason Sheehy leads the development and implementation for the corporate solutions group in Denver, Colorado. He specializes in producing creative solutions to the challenging real estate requirements for corporate clients throughout the country.
