After 20+ years primarily focusing on local and regional research initiatives, Jason took on the role of Senior Director of Research for the United States Industrial sector. In this role, Jason works closely with the Americas Head of Industrial Research on initiatives such as thought leadership pieces, quarterly research deliverables, and client-facing webinars and meetings. He also frequently collaborates with the industrial leadership team and Global Think Tank on research initiatives to help drive business. Prior to this role, Jason was the Tri-State Suburban Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s U.S. Research Services Group. Jason Price had direct responsibility for the research platform in New Jersey, Long Island, the NYC Outer Boroughs, and the Southern NJ/Pennsylvania Corridor industrial markets. Jason was responsible for overseeing, executing and delivering market research and analytics to clients of Cushman & Wakefield’s Tri-State Suburban Region’s Brokerage, Corporate Occupier and Investor Services, Capital Markets and Valuation and Advisory teams. He directly oversees the New Jersey platform, one of the largest suburban markets in the country, and was responsible for analyzing and reporting on the market trends affecting over 830 million square feet of office and industrial property. Jason has been quoted in and has had special reports published in various periodicals such as Globest.com, the Bergen Record, NJBiz, Bisnow, and Real Estate NJ. Jason has developed specialized reports for the Life Sciences sector in NJ, the US Ports, the Port of NY/NJ, and a variety of other industrial and logistics topics.
Education
BS in Business Administration from the College of Staten Island (CUNY) and minors in both Marketing and Psychology.
