Over 20 years experience in RE including CRE since 2007. Some jobs I've held in RE include: property manager, mortgage branch president, vice president of investments, and CEO.
As a partner at WeCann, a cannabis consultancy with deep political connections, I serve as the Director of Real Estate and my focus is directly on cannabis RE as a specialty.
The cannabis industry, however, is shifting to include the mergers & acquisitions of licensed and/or operational cannabis businesses. This translates to the WeCann RE team now working as M/A/D specialists (that''s Mergers, Acquisitions, and Dispositions) in the cannabis space and our firm is more than poised to take on this added expansion in our scope of work.
