Managing Director and RICS Registered Valuer, Jason has in excess of 25 years experience in property consultancy.
Graduated from University of Greenwich in 1993 with BSc (Hons) in Estate Management.
Trained with Eddisons and qualified as a general practice member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1994.
Became a corporate member of the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV) in 1996.
Moved to builders merchant Jewson, as a Property Manager in 1999.
Returning to Eddisons as Head of Agency at Huddersfield office in 2004.
Ten years, as a director at Hanson Chartered Surveyors, prior to establishing Metcalfe Commercial in 2018.
Well versed in working alongside accountants, financial advisors, solicitors, planning consultants and architects on behalf of retained clients.
