Jason G. Lund is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial and residential real estate. To date, gross aggregate deal transaction volume exceeds $2.5bb, completing 700+ transactions including development, sales and numerous complex lease negotiations throughout the country. His background encompasses all industries of commercial real estate including but, not limited to, retail, industrial, office, land development, triple net leases, townhouse and residential home sales and asset redevelopment. Prior to joining Colliers, Jason worked at Newmark Knight Frank as a director in the New York headquarters. Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Lund served as a corporate advisor and leasing specialist with both Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield, where he focused predominantly on space acquisitions and dispositions on behalf of corporate clients. Additionally, he is a junior board member and active supporter of Aid for AIDS International, the leading charity specializing in recycling unused AIDS medications in the U.S. and delivering needed services to underprivileged countries. Mr. Lund is a graduate of The College of Charleston, South Carolina.
