As a second-generation real estate professional, Jason worked under the supervision of his father, Herman Lewis. As the owner of Herman Lewis Architect, Jason’s father built the largest home-building company in the Sacramento Region. Starting in 1991, Jason worked alongside Herman for a decade, building large custom homes throughout Sacramento County. In the early 2000s, Jason made the move to Hawaii and began his own successful building company on the island of Kona.
In 2003, Jason returned to Sacramento and attained his California General Contractor’s License. Having the knowledge of building a house from the ground up, in addition to the sales process of selling the finished home, Jason feels that he provides his clients with a unique experience.
“I was fortunate enough to be involved in a business where I could learn everything about a home – from the foundation to the final sale,” said Jason. “I feel that having the experience and knowledge to give trusted advice to my clients is a unique benefit when it comes to working with our team.”
In 2008, Jason opened Brock Realty (which later became Realty World – Gold), where over the next nine years, the company saw sales more than $10 million annually.
As NextHome Select, Jason looks to represent buyers and sellers with their unique team approach where clients will be provided first-class service by two professionals instead of a single agent.
When not working, the lewis' focuses on family. Jason has a daughter, Jenna (age 17) and the couple have a 2-year-old daughter, Kaylin.
