Jason D. Jaeger, Founder and Principal of Jaeger Partners, currently manages a commercial real estate portfolio valued at over $100,000,000. After almost 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Jaeger started his commercial real estate firm in August of 2011 to focus on value added commercial real estate investments, leasing and management. With a unique specialty in large commercial portfolios, Jaeger Partners provides a broad base of commercial real estate advisory & investment services. Prior to forming Jaeger Partners, Mr. Jaeger was involved in excess of $150,000,000 in commercial real estate sale and lease acquisitions at Radius Group Commercial Real Estate in Santa Barbara where he was partners with Scott Glenn. Some notable sales include: 121 State Street (Indigo Hotel site), 19-31 E. Canon Perdido Street (El Centro office building), 21 E. Carrillo Street (Monterey adobe office building), 1029-1031 State Street, 5266-5276 Hollister Avenue (50,000 sf of office buildings), 131-137 Anacapa Street (The Lark), 1025 Santa Barbara Street (Superior Court property), and 24-26 E. Haley Street, whereby a 17 room hotel was remodeled and repositioned (www.haleyhotel.com) and Mr. Jaeger represented the State of California. Prior to Radius Group, Mr. Jaeger was involved in commercial real estate management and leasing at a local private company and worked closely with his father, Jay Jaeger. Mr. Jaeger has co-syndicated commercial real estate projects in the Santa Barbara area and outside Santa Barbara, and has successfully gained through experience a deep understanding of the entitlement/development and asset repositioning process.
