Bio
Jason oversees the property and asset management teams for Caddis. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate operations, property management, leasing, development, and portfolio management. Jason has the proven capability to increase value through cost reduction and control methods. He also has a knack for aligning the interests of multiple parties.
Prior to joining Caddis, Jason served in multiple roles with leading firms in the industry, including Flagship Capital, Duke Realty, and Cogdell-Spencer. He has directly overseen the development of over 1.5 million square feet of healthcare properties, including multi-tenant physician offices, ambulatory surgery centers, imaging centers and an inpatient rehab hospital.
Jason earned his BA degree from the University of Pittsburgh and his MBA from the University of South Carolina and has served in the US Army. He has held leadership positions in several community organizations, including the Boy Scouts of America, the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, BOMA Greater Dallas, and the Presbyterian Church (USA). Jason devotes his spare time to his wife Amy, and their three children. His hobbies include Crossfit, reading, cooking and the outdoors. He loves a good laugh and can link a good movie quote to almost any situation.
