Jason Grosse joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2007 as an associate at the firm's Rutherford, New Jersey office. Mr. Grosse focuses on the representation of tenants and owners for industrial, retail and office properties throughout the Rockland County and Northern New Jersey region.
Among his more notable transactions, Mr. Grosse recently concluded negotiations in which the state of New Jersey agreed to grant $650,000 in BEIP incentives to Caduceus, to relocate the company from New York to New Jersey.
Prior to joining Newmark Knight Frank, Mr. Grosse worked as a mortgage broker for six years.
Mr. Grosse graduated from Champlain College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in marketing/business.
