Since 1987 Mr. Carros has had direct responsibility for the day to day and long range leasing, management, budgeting and planning aspects for numerous commercial office properties. He has completed hundreds of leases totaling millions of square feet. Further, he maintains numerous clients for which he provides tenant representation services. He has been involved in over $450,000,000 in sales transactions. He is currently the exclusive listing agent for several class A office properties in Boca Raton, Florida whereby he directly manages the lease up process including overseeing the preliminary design of interior tenant spaces, thereby maximizing the long-term efficiency of the design and quality of construction, and minimizing the landlord’s long term renovation expenses. Additionally, he has created over $4,000,000 in asset value by completing ten (10) rooftop license agreements for cellular antennae transmission sites and over $6,500,000 in net asset value by gaining approval for the development of two (2) out-parcel sites, then leasing the pad sites to McDonald’s and other retailers.
He has a Bachelor of Arts/Business Administration degree from the University of Delaware and has been a Florida Real Estate Broker since 1992 and a Florida Real Estate Licensee since 1988. He is a past member of the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is also a past member of the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Boca Raton; a former NAIOP nominee for Broker of the Year (Palm Beach County); and has served on the Board of Directors for a Homeowner’s Association.
