Jason heads up the team at Lansley Commercial (A H Lansley Ltd), bringing a wealth of experience in business ownership, property transactions, and commercial estate agency.
Before entering the world of commercial property, Jason trained as a fully qualified chef and worked in prestigious international locations, including the renowned Cliveden House Hotel at Taplow. His entrepreneurial journey saw him successfully own and operate a Café & Catering business for over a decade, further developing his hands-on commercial acumen. Having also served as a Director for other businesses, Jason has gained invaluable experience in business operations, negotiations, and client relations. This, combined with achieving high grades in Commercial Estate Agency examinations, allows him to provide clients with both strategic insight and practical advice.
Lansley Commercial (A H Lansley Ltd) has a proud history in the Reading property market. Jason took over the business from Brian Hayes, who successfully ran A H Lansley for over 50 years, building a strong reputation for reliability and expertise. Under Jason’s leadership, the company continues its tradition of offering tailored commercial property solutions, specializing in selling independent high street businesses, freehold commercial investments, mixed-use and development properties, and letting vacant commercial premises. The business is known for its personal approach, ensuring landlords and business owners receive dedicated support without being tied into long-term contracts.
Jason is also a family man with three children. Outside of work, he is a keen runner and has completed multiple marathons and ultra-marathons, demonstrating his perseverance and determination—qualities that also define his approach to business and client service.
