Jarrod L. Luigs serves as an Advisor with SVN | The Martin Group specializing in the representation of commercial investment sales and leasing with the focus of his practice being industrial and office product. Working in numerous capacities; he has successfully advised clients in the acquisition, repositioning, and leasing of challenging assets. In working with The Martin Team; Jarrod has also proven valuable in disposing of properties that were otherwise stagnant when marketed by other firms. Jarrod is valued as a trusted advisor by his clients and values the client relationship rather than a transaction when working with clients. This is why, in conjunction with The Martin Team, he has won assignments that his competition has pursued. Jarrod has significant experience in advising clients on the investment in office and industrial products as he has first-hand experience by serving as a principal in the ownership and operations of office properties for himself and his partners. Furthermore; he understands that leveraging the entire brokerage community and encouraging cooperation through brokerage is truly what maximizes value for clients.
Jarrod holds a Real Estate License in Indiana and is a member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors. He graduated Mater Dei High School and from the University of Southern Indiana where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He has earned his CCIM designation which is recognized in the industry as a mark of excellence of the top commercial real estate professionals.
Jarrod serves on the Board of Directors at the Youth Service Bureau in Evansville, enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling.
