Mr. Annenberg has nine years of commercial real estate experience and was most recently Senior Vice President in CBRE’s Transactions and Advisory Services Group. Mr. Annenberg was the youngest SVP west of New York at the time of his promotion and has been specializing in HQ transactions as well as managing global real estate portfolios for high-growth companies. He specializes in developing strategies that focus on flexibility while mitigating risk to excessive capital costs. In his time at CBRE, Mr. Annenberg worked on over seven million square feet of transactions with total value consideration in excess of $1 billion dollars.
