Jared Schneider is a distinguished Broker with Corcoran Icon Properties who has been working in real estate in San Francisco for over a decade. Born and raised in San Francisco, Jared grew up in a real estate family and it has always been his passion. His intimate knowledge of San Francisco and the Bay Area and its rapidly changing environment gives him an advantage over other seasoned real estate professionals. In addition to the millions of dollars in closed sales transactions since the start of his career Jared is also a seasoned residential and commercial property manager. With a Property Management Certification (PMC) designation, he has negotiated and leased well over 200 high end apartments and single-family homes. He was also part of the team that managed the Zynga Airbnb building in SOMA during the height of the pandemic.
