Jared Mann joins Colliers with more than 10 years of experience in capital market transactions and real estate investment sales. As an Investments and Capital Markets Expert with the South Florida Investment Services Team, he oversees the underwriting/analysis of real estate projects across all real estate asset classes. His primary focus is serving the real estate needs of individual and institutional investors through the sale, financing, and structuring of commercial real estate investments.
Prior to joining Colliers, Jared served as Vice President of Capital Markets for the Boston based Waterstone Properties. There, Jared managed Waterstone's debt financing and capital markets activities, executing over $350M worth of transactions. Previously, Jared led the underwriting and financial analysis for Avison Young's Florida Capital Markets Group on over $800M in transactions. He has also held investment sales roles at Marcus & Millichap and focused on tenant rep leasing at Savills.
