Mr. Hendricks has over 22 years of experience in the home-building industry. During that time, he’s been involved with the development and completion of over 80 infill and master planned communities across California. He has extensive experience in vertical construction in communities ranging from large lot single family detached homes to high density multi-family communities.
Prior to joining City Ventures, Mr. Hendricks worked for Meritage Homes, where he served as Purchasing Manager and Area Construction Manager for the Southern California market. Mr. Hendricks also worked at Pulte Homes as a Senior Construction Manager/Area Manager.
Mr. Hendricks received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business from DeVry University.
