Jarbo specializes in tenant representation and agency leasing. He is responsible for overall development and execution of leasing strategies to maximize value for each client. With 25 years of business experience, Jarbo has a wealth of knowledge in marketing, development and negotiations to better assist clients on achieving their overall business goals.
Jarbo works closely with the tenant to develop current and future business plans; implement risk management provisions during lease negotiations; and create a multiple site search matrix while analyzing tenant mix strategies, demographic peering within market trade areas and vehicle traffic analyses.
