I am a full-time real estate agent in South Florida since 2004, specializing in residential and commercial real estate. My experience in resale, purchase, short sale negotiation, and foreclosure acquisitions allow me to serve clients with their different real estate needs.
With fifteen years working as a real estate agent in South Florida, I have been providing my services to many individuals from the United States and abroad. I work with first time home buyers for all these years, and I continue to contribute to their homeownership dreams. There is something special when a person acquires his or her first property. From the pre-qualification process, finding the perfect property, getting an offer accepted, submitting the contract to the title company, collecting the escrow deposit, scheduling the inspection, and finally getting to the closing table.
