Janna Swank-Mohney is much more than a Realtor.
What does she mean by this? Well, several things. First of all, Janna is much more than a ‘door opener.’ Her past provides ‘not your typical Realtor.’ What she means by this is she is a San Diego State University graduate with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business, with an emphasis in Marketing. She has over 12 years of Fortune 500 sales, marketing, negotiations and ‘thinking outside of the box’ experience. These experiences fuel her thinking in navigating all the interworking’s of each transaction each day.
Clients need an agent because buying and selling a home is not an easy process. This is most likely the largest asset they will ever own. Therefore, it makes sense to not ‘Google’ how to do it themselves, but to truly lean on an expert to make sure the process is handled correctly. One of her greatest strengths is problem solving and a drive to ‘make things happen'. No is not an answer; it just means she needs to find another way.
Janna is an Investor: A large portion of buying and selling real estate is investing. To truly understand this aspect, she believes clients need to have walked in these shoes before. She is also a real estate investor in both the residential and commercial arena. She owns and self-manages properties both in California and out of state. She has the experience with residential, multi-family and commercial tenants. She has walked down all these paths and is happy to share her experiences with her clients to help them hit the ground running.
Janna is a Resource. "I've got a guy for that," is pretty much one of her favorite sayings. Clients need a nail person, hairstylist, electrician, housecleaner, attorney, etc. Janna has her team of trusted individuals that she knows will get the job done right. She was born and raised in Solano County and has a vast knowledge and passion for the area. Yelp has nothing on her.
